Are your products family and pet friendly?

Yes, our pest management products are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency.  We strategically apply the needed products in areas pests use to gain access to the interior of your home or business.  Interior services are limited to crack, crevice and spot treatments.  We also offer a Green Plan that focuses on the use of products with natural active ingredients.  Visit our Residential service page to learn more about our Green Plan.

If we are interested in your services, do you offer free inspections?

Yes, we will perform a free and thorough inspection of your home or business.  Once the inspection is completed, we will go over any pest issues and conducive conditions we noted.  We also make recommendations to help reduce pest activity in your environment.  Lastly, we will go over service options to best meet your pest control needs and pricing.  There is no obligation to sign up with our company when we perform a free inspection.  We will not pressure you to make a sale!  

What if we see pests between our scheduled pest control services?

We will schedule a free call back service to address the activity you reported.  Dead pests inside your property are evidence the service is protecting you!  Please note pests not included in your service plan will require a separate agreement for control.
